Smartan House Welcomes CPE Founder and Members

In a vibrant gathering, the Smartan House recently welcomed Mrs. Yinka Ogunde, Founder of CPE (Concerned Parents & Educators) and Edumark Consult, along with Mrs. Aramide Elias, a Naturopathic Wellbeing Coach. And were further accompanied by members of the CPE and the Edumark team.

They were warmly received by Mr. Johnson Abbaly, founder of Smartan House, along with his team and the enthusiastic young minds known as “Smartans.” The energy in the room was notable and contagious as the visitors engaged with the youths.

Founded by Abbaly, Smartan House is a visionary space built to nurture and support the next generation of change makers. His journey, marked by the courage for leaving behind corporate opportunities to create the initiative, to support, and develop young talents and minds.

During the visit, two Smartans proudly showcased their Acorn Project, an ambitious tech-driven solution aimed at solving real-world problems using furniture, sound, and everyday materials creatively. Their presentation left the guests impressed and hopeful.

Executive Director of Smartan House, Temitope Abere, took the stage to formally recognize and celebrate the contributions of Mrs. Ogunde and Mrs. Elias in their various fields, announcing them as Smartan Champions, a moment that was met with enthusiastic applause.

In her remarks, Mrs. Ogunde expressed admiration for the mission and impact of Smartan House, commending Mr. Abbaly for his resilience and visionary leadership. “Smartan House has closed the gap between youth and development.”


Mrs. Elias, expressing a similar view, described the experience as a glimpse into a new Nigeria. She encouraged the Smartans to prioritize their health and personal well-being from a young age, giving them a few tips to stay healthy.


Closing the visit, Mr. Abbaly shared his personal story of sacrifice and purpose, reaffirming his steadfast commitment to empowering the next generation where every child has the opportunity to rise to their full potential.
